BRUMMMM! Roary The Racing Car zooms into the Churchill Theatre Bromley!

25 October 2011

Description:

Zooming into the Churchill Theatre Bromley for the very first time, Roary The Racing Car will be entertaining audiences young and old on Sunday 20 November.  Bringing all his friends with him, the number one little race car’s very first live show will be filled with racing, audience participation and lots of laughs!

It’s the day of the Champion of the Champions race at Silver Hatch and Roary is all set to battle it out with Maxi, Cici and all the other cars to win the race and lift the trophy.

Farmer Green has created some brand new bio fuel to make sure this race is the greenest and fastest ever. But hang on! Flash has his eyes on that fuel for his skateboard. With Big Chris more interested in baking pizza and eating doughnuts, that on preparing the cars for the race, will everybody be ready for the track on the day?

Legendary commentator Murray Walker will be making his theatrical debut in Roary The Racing Car. Known for his excitable commentary and his famous ‘Murrayisms’, Murray Walker has since lent his distinctive voice to the Roary The Racing Car television series.

Joining Murray Walker as the voice of Big Chris is hugely popular British comic Peter Kay. Finally, the much-loved grandfather of racing, Sir Stirling Moss will be joining this superb sporting cast of comic and sporting legends.

Speaking about his part in Roary The Racing Car, Sir Stirling Moss comments: Sir “I love being involved in Roary the Racing Car. The programme is a great way for young children to learn who I am.  The show is internationally recognised and provides children with an exciting introduction into the world of motorsport, through fun storylines , fantastic songs and great humour. I have a lot of fun recording the narration and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Peter Kay!”

If you are a big racing car fan, get down to the Churchill Theatre Bromley on Saturday 12 November from 10.30am to 12noon to enjoy an evening of racing and much more excitement. More details can be found on the Churchill Theatre Bromley website www.atgtickets.com/bromley.

So who will run the race and be crowned the champion? Race down to the Churchill Theatre to find out!
